Feed pellet preparation (pump) tips
1. Pull the lid off the pump and add the amount of dry expander pellets you are going to need along with plenty of water. More water is better than less.
2. Replace the lid, making sure it is sealed and then pump the handle. This creates a vacuum in the jar that draws the air out of the pellets and replaces it with water. You will be able to feel the resistance increase as you pump and also see the air come out of the pellets.
3. Press the release valve. The pellets will drop to the bottom of the water.
4. Transfer the pellets into a bait tub of water and leave them to soak for a few minutes. Drain them off and they are ready.
